Dal Greco Nero, a native grape from Calabria , interpreted in rosé, a Mediterranean, elegant and sensual wine. Grape variety: Greco Nero. Alcohol content: 13% Vol. Production technique: Grapes from the most suitable coastal areas, after manual harvest, are gently pressed, without any maceration. Characteristics: bright, refined, peach pink. Fruit that decisively returns to the nose, along with notes of citrus, wild strawberries and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, agile, with a pleasant final minerality, typical of vineyards by the sea. Suggestions: rosé of great conviviality, excellent as an aperitif, to enjoy with fish crudités, simple first courses. Also excellent with strawberries.
