In our kitchen, as the name "Antichi Sapori" (Old Flavors) indicates, we rediscover healthy and genuine traditional recipes from southern Italy that have always been cooked with local ingredients and in accordance with the customs and traditions of our region: calabria . Our preparations tend to be very simple but at the same time very tasty, because they are based on the goodness of the raw materials used, such as meats from naturally raised animals, fresh fish or typical cheeses brought especially from Italy. The Italian "antipasti" have contributed to make our cuisine famous all over the world. The "sfizietti" (as we prefer to call them) are small covers that are usually consumed before the main meals and are very tasty and varied. The selection is delicious: there are cold and hot, and include vegetables, fish, meat, and cheese, fried, steamed, grilled, tempura or sauce. A game of endless flavors.
The accompaniments are mainly based on garden products that are also fresh and always seasonal, prepared with great imagination in many different ways.
